Corporate Transport Awareness.
Occupational Road Risk Seminars.
Most companies employ drivers of one type or another. Many people drive to and from work. With the increase in the number of vehicles on our roads, there is any ever increasing risk of being involved in a collision or being prosecuted for an offence. The resulting stress and trauma of an event on the road by one of your employees will have a detrimental effect on you and your workforce. So much so that you may have to let go or redeploy an employee who may have been disqualified from driving. This in turn may increase your costs by re-advertising a position, or result in increased costs because of a re-deployment.We have a series of Occupational Road Risk Seminars designed to help and assist your understanding of the legal issues and debunking various myths about traffic offences, accidents and prosecutions
Corporate Manslaughter Awareness.
The Corporate Manslaughter & Homicide Act 2007 brings about a responsibility on a company’s workforce. The Act introduces a new offence for prosecuting companies and other organisations for gross failures in the management of health and safety with fatal consequences. This ½ day workshop is designed to raise awareness of managers and drivers to their vulnerability and that of the company to everyday acts or ommisions.
Driver Awareness Seminar.

Family Liaison Workshop (Dealing with workplace death).
From time to time companies may have to deal with the trauma of a death in the workplace, whether that be through a road collision or an incident which may have occurred in the workplace. Sometimes a company may allocate a senior employee to deal with the family of the deceased employee.
This sensitive interactive one day workshop will discuss the issues surrounding death, the role of the police and HSE in such circumstances. It will explore attitudes towards dealing with grief and trauma and provide a framework for dealing with the family and authorities.
